The Vision of The Christian Brothers
To be brothers to all, modelling our dream for a world of justice and love.
Our Mission
To be effective agents in the liberation of oppressed and marginalised people from poverty, injustice, ignorance, and the effects of sickness, especially HIV/Aids.
To collaborate closely with the poor in the integrated ministries of faith-based education, community development, advocating for the transformation of unjust structures, and in the care of people and the rest of creation.
Our Values
- A deep relationship with Jesus of Nazareth; embracing his vision for the reign of God.
- Right relationships, in recognition of the dignity, connectedness, and interdependence of all of God’s people and the earth.
- Empowering others, especially the poor.
- Responsible stewardship of, full accountability for, and fair distribution of resources.
